Please arrive on time. Doors open 10 minutes prior to scheduled class time. Late entry may not be permitted.
Classes are scheduled inclusive of warm up and cooldown time, for the safety of all members and to avoid disruption to the class clients are strongly discouraged from departing classes prior to their scheduled conclusion time. If you are unable to stay for the entirety of class please discuss with the instructor before the class commences.
Please ensure your phone is switched to silent and stored with your belongings before the class begins. If you require access to your phone for urgent reasons, please inform your instructor prior to the start of class. Apple Watches and other wearable devices must also be set to silent or Do Not Disturb.
To maintain a clean, hygienic and comfortable space for all members, please bring a large towel to every class. Grip socks and Deodorant are encouraged.
During class follow all instructor cues and guidance unless discussed prior for safety and class flow

To ensure fair access to classes for all clients Sol. Studio operates a cancellation policy for all bookings.
Classes require a minimum 4 hours notice to cancel.
Late Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will incur a $10 late cancellation fee or loss of class credit*
By not attending a class you have booked you are considered a ‘no-show’ and will incur a $15 no-show fee and forfeit class credit.
*Weekly or Upfront Members receive one waived late cancellation per month.
Managing Bookings
Cancellations and booking changes cannot be processed via phone, text message, social media, or email. All changes must be made through the Momence app, or your online account.
Sol. Studio reserves the right to:
Update class timetables, instructors, opening hours, or class formats at any time as required
Modify or cancel classes due to operational needs, including low attendance or instructor availability
Temporarily close the studio for public holidays, maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.
Where reasonably possible, notice will be provided for such changes.

Unless otherwise specified, there is a 12 week minimum term on weekly memberships.
After minimum term memberships can be cancelled. Clients are required to give 14 days written notice to cancel a membership via email to hello@solstudiopilates.com.au.
Memberships may be suspended for a minimum of 2 weeks (14 days) and a maximum of 8 weeks per calendar year via written notice. Client must send such notice to hello@solstudiopilates.com.au with a minimum of 7 days notice prior to the suspension period.Cancellations and suspensions via phone, text message or social media will not be processed.
Holds, cancellations and changes to membership cannot be backdates.
Upfront Memberships & Class Packs
Upfront memberships and Class packs commence from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Class Packs expire as stated at the time of purchase.
No suspensions, refunds, transfers or extensions are available on Upfront Memberships or Packages for any reasons.
10 Pack Subscription
Our 10 Pack Subscription is valid for 10 class credits to be used within a 3 month period.
Subscription renews at the end of the 3 month period OR at the time of class credits being used in full, whichever comes first. Renewals will be charged to the card or account on file, it is the clients responsibility to ensure payment method is up to date.
Unused credits will not be transferred or refunded for any reason.
Our 10 Pack Subscription have a minimum 3 repeat term.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available and payment method is up to date for all payments by the due date. If a payment fails, additional fees may be charged.
Sol. Studio may reprocess failed payments at any time after funds become available.

Where a class is fully booked, you may join the waitlist for that class. By joining a waitlist, you agree that:
If a space becomes available you may be added into class at any time, including up to 2 hour prior to class commencement. You will be notified of such event via our booking system notifications.
Once added into a class from the waitlist, it is considered a confirmed booking and our standard cancellation and no-show policies apply. Please note opting out of receiving booking system SMS or email notifications does not exempt client from cancellation policy.
If you no longer are available to attend a class, you must remove yourself from the waitlist via the booking site.
Sol. Studio reserves the right to manage waitlist allocation at its discretion.

Injury
Sol. Studio does not provide alternative programs or personalised rehabilitation sequences during classes for those attending with significant injury or ailment.
If you are currently injured, managing ongoing pain, or recovering from surgery please contact us at hello@solstudiopilates.com.au prior to booking a session to assess suitability for such classes.
Our instructors can offer light modifications where appropriate, however clients must take responsibility for adjusting or opting out of movements that do not feel safe.
In order to operate within the scope of practice, Sol. Studio instructors reserve the right to decline participation if your injury requires specialised programming beyond what can be safely offered in a group setting.
To ensure your safety please ensure you are cleared by a health professional before returning to movement.
Pregnancy & Postpartum
For safety reasons, Sol. Studio requires all pregnant clients to notify us prior to attending any class.
Written clearance from a qualified health care provider must be obtained before attending. Any complications or conditions that arise must be communicated via email and class suitability will be discussed.
Medical clearance is required from a qualified health care provider when attending from 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal births without complication or 12 weeks postpartum for caesarean births.
During classes you are responsible for modifying movements as needed and communicating any discomfort. Attendance will be at the discretion of the instructor.
All participation during this time is at your own risk.

In these Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”), “we”, “our”, “us” or “Sol. Studio” means Sol. Studio Pilates.
General Terms & Conduct
Sol. Studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel access to the studio where required to protect the safety and integrity of our staff, members and space. We do not tolerate discrimination, harassment, or behaviour that impacts the experience of others.
Sol. Studio provides areas for storing personal belongings, however we do not accept responsibility for the loss or safekeeping of personal belongings.
All purchases are final. Sol Studio Pilates does not offer refunds for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address, or any other reason. All passes, memberships, and offers are non-transferable and cannot be shared.

11. Photo, Video & Content Use
Sol. Studio staff may film or photograph in and around the studio for operational or promotional purposes. Sol. Studio reserves the right to copyright, use and publish such photographs with or without name and for any lawful purpose, including for example such purposes as publicity, illustration, advertising, and Web content.
Clients may take photos or videos in studio but must be respectful of others’ privacy.
12. Waiver & Release
Please read the following terms carefully. By participating in any session provided by Sol. Studio’s instructors, you consent to, and agree to release Sol. Studio Pilates, its instructors, staff, or management from liability according to these terms.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
Physical Activity Risks
You understand that classes involve physical activity and that there are inherent risks associated with exercise. Classes may be physically strenuous and full care must be taken when receiving instructions and performing exercises. Prior to undertaking any new form of exercise, you should consult with your doctor or other healthcare practitioner to ensure that you are aware of any restrictions that may be appropriate for you.Medical Conditions
You have disclosed, or will disclose prior to participating, any pre-existing conditions that may affect your ability to safely take part, including but not limited to injuries, pain, or recent surgery, pregnancy or recent birth, respiratory or cardiac conditions, high or low blood pressure, or any other relevant medical conditionYour Responsibility During Class
You will inform the Instructor immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, dizziness, or difficulty during class, and you will stop participating if directed by the Instructor.
You understand that instruction and recommendations provided by the Instructor may not be tailored to your individual needs or abilities. It is your responsibility to modify or opt out of movements that feel unsafe or unsuitable.Risk
You accept that there is potential risk of personal injury, property loss or death, and agree that neither yourself, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Sol. Studio Pilates or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused my negligence or otherwise.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold Sol. Studio Pilates, its instructors, directors, employees, and representatives harmless from any liability, cost, expense, damages, or claims (including negligence) arising from, or in connection with, your participation in any class or appointment.
DAMAGES
The Client shall be responsible for any damage to the site, its facilities, equipment, or property arising from the acts of the Client or any persons in their care. Any such damage shall be repaired, replaced, or otherwise remedied at the Clients sole cost.
By signing this waiver, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to its contents.
